BMI = kg ÷ m²
Step 1: Convert height from cm to meters by dividing by 100.
Example: 175 cm = 1.75 m
Step 2: Square your height in meters.
Example: 1.75 × 1.75 = 3.0625 m²
Step 3: Divide your weight in kg by the result.
